Karl Rove is advising GOP operatives to make blogs a key element of their efforts to spread the message to constituents.
Will the IL GOP follow suit? Already the Senate Republican Caucus sends out periodic mailings to Illinois bloggers, giving them ideas of things to write about. And a month or so ago, Tom Cross' staff held a blogger conference call.
Every week I'm in Springfield, another legislator admits that he or she checks Illinois Review "every now and then."
Uh huh. Now and then . . . Illinois Review is slowly becoming the crossroads of the conservative community. Tell your friends about us and drop us a note on things you'd like to see us write about.
I mean, if Karl thinks blogging is effective and important, shouldn't you??
