"Even though I am a Muslim . . . I'm also a Christian."
And with that pronouncement, Black Muslim leader Louis Farrakhan many have inadvertently confessed Friday to Father Pfleger's St. Sabina Catholic Church congregation that he's either struggling with theology confusion or he's purposely cultivating seeds of spiritual deception.
"A good Muslim is a Christian, and a good Christian is a Muslim," he added later, stressing the common aspects of the faiths. "Whenever Christ's name is mentioned, I feel at home."
Can't help but wonder what Farrakhan's answer would be to the founder of Christianity, Jesus Christ, who made the narrow-minded pronouncement in John 14:6, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Kind of leaves out Muhammed's part, doesn't it?
