McMahon Dairy, owned by the family of Mary McMahon -- the new 28 year old GOP candidate for Cook County State's Attorney -- has a profitable relationship with Cook County, we learn from the Cook County vendor website.
Shown at CookEmployees.com, we see what Cook County paid to McMahon Dairy in 2005:
Mcmahon Food Corp | Chicago | IL | $449,351.44 | 10/28/2005 |
and in 2006:
Mcmahon Food Corp | Chicago | IL | $255,330.81 | 8/3/2006 |
McMahon threw her hat in the state's attorney race this week along with previously-announced GOP candidates Ed Barron and Tony Peraica. McMahon pulled Democratic primary ballots in 2004 and 2006.
Daddy McMahon reportedly is willing to spend $5 million to get his little girl elected. Just think -- generous Cook County taxpayers unknowingly helped little Mary's campaign by tossing over $800,000 into the family's discretionary funds.
