Kirk's Lawmaker Ratings all over the board

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Mark Kirk's issue group's congressional ratings are all over the board, according to The Hill's brand new assessment of Lawmaker Ratings found HERE. 

While the ACLU gives Kirk 100%, Family Research Council gives him a 17 and the American Conservative Union bestows a 72.  Ratings on topics from civil rights to gun rights to the environment are condensed into one easy reference page, compliments of TheHill.com.
