In a 234 to 194 vote in the U.S. House last night, the Illinois delegation mixed it up on repealing the U.S. military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy on sexual behavior preferences.
U.S. Rep. Judy Biggert was the only Republican from Illinois that joined Democrats Melissa Bean, Danny Davis, Bill Foster, Luis Gutierrez, Debbie Halvorson, Phil Hare, Jesse Jackson Jr, Mike Quigley, Bobby Rush and Jan Schakowsky in supporting the repeal.
Democrats Bill Lipinski and Jerry Costello voted against the repeal along with Tim Johnson, Mark Kirk, Don Manzullo, Peter Roskam, Aaron Schock, John Shimkus.
