The convicted murderer below is one of 330 prisoners released in the month of October alone under Governor Quinn's Meritorious Good Time early release program which he continues to insist has been "stopped cold." He served less than twenty years of a 40 year sentence. He's out on the streets today in Chicago.
Why is no media holding the governor accountable for continuing this program and endangering the public?
