Trying to provide himself and his Party cover from their recent tax increase, Democrat Gov. Pat Quinn is touting the fact that the American Aluminum Extrusion Co., an aluminum extruder and fabricator based in Beloit, Wisconsin, is investing $7.5 million to open a plant in the town of Roscoe, IL.
What Quinn doesn't mention is that the taxpayers of Illinois had to provide a $748,000 business investment package to get the company to cross the border.
Nice try Governor.
