Convicted terrorist's official website hosted in Chicago

Blind-sheikh1-255x300Bill Baar on his West Side Blog has pointed out a MEMRI article about the Chicago-based website presence of Sheikh Dr. Omar Abdel-Rahman, aka 'the Blind Sheikh,' (photo right) who was arrested on July 1, 1993 in Brooklyn, New York and on subsequently convicted of seditious conspiracy and solicitation to attack a military installation on Staten Island, and conspiracies to bomb New York landmarks.

A federal jury convicted Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman of planning to wage a "war of urban terrorism" against the United States, including blowing up the United Nations building, the Holland and Lincoln tunnels, the main federal office building in Manhattan, and the George Washington Bridge.

Turns out the official website of Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman, Sheikh-omar.com, was created June 24, 2010, and is hosted in Chicago by SingleHop. ...More HERE
