Friday evening Illinois state Representative Tom Demmer (R-Dixon) held a town hall meeting about gun control, concealed carry and other second amendment issues in Rochelle. During the discussion Demmer would say, "Regardless of what you might want or you believe we have a Constitution that grants rights and one of the rights in there is the right to bear arms"
