WHEATON - With comprehensive immigration reform on the minds of DC lawmakers, a documentary called "They Come to America: The Cost of Amnesty" by Dennis Michael Lynch is presenting a timely perspective on the issue to counter mainstream media's.
The filmmaker and producer will be in Wheaton Friday night to talk about his work, and the public is invited.
"I stand against illegal immigration and the current amnesty bill because it hurts American workers and creates opportunity for terrorism to run wild in every town and city across America," Lynch writes on his website. "Contrary to the remarks made by a few evil people, I am not a racist. I am not anti-Latino; I am not anti-Democrat; I do not have a personal axe to grind with Sen. Rubio, Janet Napolitano or President Obama. Watch my films and you'll see me embrace all races, religions and genders."
Lynch believes America should regain control of its borders and focus on getting the 30 million unemployed citizens back to work because, he says, America will not survive as a welfare state.
Beginning in Michigan on Monday, July 22nd, Lynch will launch a nationwide tour, and Friday evening, July 26, 2013, West Suburban Patriots in Wheaton, IL will host the filmmaker. Doors will open at 6 PM at the Wheaton Bowl Banquet Room on Gary Avenue in Wheaton. Cost per person is $12. For more information, contact Carol at 630-830-0653.
