WOODSTOCK, IL - Republican Steve Reick, who’s running against Democrat State Rep. Jack Franks (D-Woodstock), thinks the long-time state legislator can be beat.
Given the Republican year it's shaping up to be, he may be right. He's trying Franks to Mike Madigan in television ads with the theme: "If you wouldn't vote for Mike Madigan, then don't vote for Jack Franks."
