By Nancy Thorner -

Taking a page right out of tyrant's playbook, President Joe Biden last week declared himself a medical dictator over America, claiming he alone has absolute power to bypass states' rights, nullify state governors and force the American people to take experimental "vaccines."

As part of his dictatorial decree, Biden declared that he would remove governors from power if they don't comply with his vaccine mandates. In my opinion, his decree is an act of treason and war against the United States of America.

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, Biden declared that his patience with the 80 million Americans that haven’t gotten the COVID vaccine is wearing “thin,” whereupon Biden announced his most unconstitutional act of federal overreach to date. He is seeking to mandate large employers to vaccinate their employees, even though the federal government has no such authority to issue this mandate.

Altogether, about 100 million Americans could be affected by Biden’s mandate, according to Fox News. In addition to employees of large companies, this also includes health care workers employed in facilities that receive federal funding through Medicare or Medicaid.

Members of Congress and their staff, however, are exempt from Biden's vaccine mandate, as the House of Representatives and the Senate belong to the separate legislative branch, and the courts to the judicial branch of the federal government.

Dr. Anthony Fauci predictably claimed President Joe Biden’s sweeping and constitutionally dubious employer vaccine mandate isn’t extreme at all. In fact, he says it’s a “moderate” requirement.

Fauci’s tone was much different than the one he had in May when he said he recognized an individual’s right not to be “forced” to receive the vaccine: “You’re going to be discriminating against people and putting people at a disadvantage of essentially forcing them in many respects to get vaccinated.”

Key points of Biden's Covid vax mandates:
  • President Joe Biden’s latest vaccination push is the most aggressive effort yet by his administration to get the raging coronavirus pandemic under control.
  • Federal employees, federal contractors and health-care workers at facilities that receive federal funding must show proof of vaccination, with no testing option.
  • 80 million U.S. workers will have a choice between providing proof of vaccination or submitting to weekly Covid testing.
Social media explodes

Social media exploded on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021 after President Biden’s announcement that he would be mandating a federal vaccination, testing, and masking for not only federal employees, but for many private businesses as well:

“Companies with 100 employees or more will be required to get their employees vaccinated or have weekly COVID-19 tests under a new Biden White House plan to fight the covid-19 and encourage vaccination.”

The Daily Wire said: “President Biden will outline a new federal strategy to deal with COVID-19 that includes more invasive restrictions and regulation than the federal government has put into place. Part of Joe Biden’s six-point strategy involves cracking down on companies with more than 100 employees to push their people to get vaccinated.”

According to the WSJ, the U.S. Labor Dept. plans to give an emergency standard in some weeks “implementing the fresh requirement, which will enforce the mandate on 80 million private-sector employees. … Businesses that do not comply will be fined up to $14,000 for each violation.”

Backlash

Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing said he would not comply with President Joe Biden’s dictates.

“The Daily Wire has more than 100 employees. We will not help with Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate,” Boreing said. “We will use everything in our disposal, including legal actions, to push back against this order.”

The Blaze CEO also expressed the same plan. “Yeah, I sure as s*** will not be enforcing the vaccine mandate,” Tyler Cardon tweeted.

Multiple Lawsuits on the Horizon

As Breitbart News notes, the RNC will sue Biden the moment his COVID vaccine mandate goes into effect. The GOP maintains that Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate and weaponization of OSHA as a means of enforcement is illegal and unconstitutional.

The legit argument is that OSHA does not have the authority under its creation. It has very broad authority, but this is too far. It doesn't have that level of healthcare authority in the workforce to be able to do this. Also, you should want no President of the United States to do this.

At least 19 governors and two attorneys general immediately issued statements disagreeing with the administration’s move, with several vowing to defy it.

They include the governors of Arizona, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.

They were joined by at least two state attorneys general as of that night—Sean Reyes from Utah and Todd Rokita from Indiana.

According to President Biden, if Republican governors don’t bow down and kiss the ring, Biden will use his power as president to get them out of the way.

The following governors immediately reacted following Biden’s absurd announcement – saying this radical nonsense will not be enforced in their states:

Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said, “The President has no authority to require that Americans inject themselves because of their employment at a private business. The vaccine itself is life-saving, but this unconstitutional move is terrifying. This is still America, and we still believe in freedom from tyrants.”

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said, “I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration.”

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem said, “My legal team is standing by ready to file our lawsuit the minute @joebiden files his unconstitutional rule. This gross example of federal intrusion will not stand.”

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster stated, “The American Dream has turned into a nightmare under President Biden and the radical Democrats. They have declared war against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and empowered our enemies abroad. Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian.”

Arizona Gov. Doug Doucey added, “This is exactly the kind of big government overreach we have tried so hard to prevent in Arizona — now the Biden-Harris administration is hammering down on private businesses and individual freedoms in an unprecedented and dangerous way. This will never stand up in court. This dictatorial approach is wrong, un-American and will do far more harm than good. How many workers will be displaced? How many kids kept out of classrooms? How many businesses fined? The vaccine is and should be a choice. We must and will push back.”

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson said, “I fully support continued efforts to increase vaccination rates across our nation, but the federal government mandates on private businesses are not the right answer. I have been consistent in the freedom of businesses to require their employees to be vaccinated, and I have opposed the government from saying businesses cannot exercise that freedom. The same principle should protect private sector from government overreach that requires them to vaccinate all employees.”

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds added, “President Biden is taking dangerous and unprecedented steps to insert the federal government even further into our lives while dismissing the ability of Iowans and Americans to make healthcare decisions for themselves. Biden’s plan will only worsen our workforce shortage and further limit our economic recovery. As I’ve said all along, I believe and trust in Iowans to make the best health decisions for themselves and their families. It’s time for President Biden to do the same.

As for Illinois: Leading small business groups here in Illinois said President Joe Biden’s mandate to require COVID-19 vaccination or regular testing will be costly and burdensome, compounding ongoing labor problems.

OSHA exposed

Lara Logan, filling, in for Tucker Carlson on his Fox News show, exposed OSHA for changing its guidance to hide vaccine effects. Here is the changed rule: “OSHA will not enforce [federal] recording requirements to require any employers to record side effects from COVID-19 vaccination.”

Of course, it gets even more corrupt.  The Biden Administration just put OSHA in charge of forcing the vaccine on Americans.
