D.C. – At the Democrats' climate change forum Thursday night at the Georgetown University, Democrat presidential candidate Tim Ryan, a congressman from Ohio, voiced yet another once-secret desire of the radical left – population control.
Last week, Democrat presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke said he wanted to confiscate firearms from Americans. Democrats have said for years that idea was only conservative lunacy. Tim Ryan sounded like he would be okay with China's one-child policy as it affects global warming – yet another thing conservatives have been saying for years was the Left's goal. "That's ridiculous," the Left would say.
But when the question was asked Thursday night, Ryan was fine with population control.
“What effect do you feel that overpopulation has with global warming and should we be doing anything to combat this?” a student asked.
“It’s about resources, so yeah,” Ryan said. “I mean, I think we should be active again with international agencies within the State Department.”
He went on to explain:
“Now the president wants to cut the State Department budget dramatically,” Ryan said. He went on to say the U.S. needs to “be involved in the United Nations family planning efforts around the world.”
