Joe Biden's VP pick, Kamala Harris, is being promoted as a "pragmatic Democrat," yet she is to the left of Bernie Sanders. Press coverage of the two candidates after Biden introduced his running mate at a small, controlled event in Delaware on August 12, 2020 , went just as Team Biden hoped. The reporters and liberal news anchors waxed poetically about the pair.
Kamala is breaking all kinds of glass ceilings as a bi-racial mix, the daughter of a black father and an East Indian mother, but Sen Harris doesn’t even help the ticket geographically in a way that Amy Klobuchar might have. Harris is from CA. Benito Mussolini could carry California so long as he had a (D) after his name.
When considering how the media treated Kamala Harris in 2019 when she was running on the Democrat ticket as a candidate for President and Commander in Chief of this nation, now the Democrat Establishment loves Kamala Harris. She might have failed in the primaries, but like Biden, she is somebody Democrats can trust to appease the Left with her rhetoric, but then do exactly what the crony capitalists (banks and Wall Street) that fund the Dems desire should she get into office.
As Politico revealed weeks ago, Biden was always going to pick Kamala. Biden, by pretending he was thinking deeply about his Veep pick, allowed Biden to remain in his basement bunker. As described by Benny @Bennyjohnson in the following Tweet, Biden even botched his Veep roll out from his basement:
"3 VERY IMPORTANT THINGS about this photo of Joe Biden calling Kamala to offer her VP spot: 1. Biden has to read from a script that is clearly visible 2. Biden does not know how to hold an iPhone (it’s upside down) 3. The cartoon on Biden’s desk is a man screaming “WHY ME?!”
As to be expected, the media is all over this “historic” announcement of a woman of color. After Biden announced Harris as his VP pick, Democrats saw over $10 million pour in, big money pretending to be small money under $200 that isn't reported so campaign limits can be gotten around.

CNBC and Democrat polling firm Change Research has these relatively honest polls: Pennsylvania: Biden 48, Trump 44 Michigan: Biden 48, Trump 43 Wisconsin: Biden 47, Trump 43 North Carolina Trump 48, Biden 47 Florida: Biden 50, Trump 44 Arizona: Biden 45, Trump 44.
Biased pollsters have an easy time rigging samples for the Democrats in the summer before the Presidential election when Republican leaning voters are busy with graduations, weddings and summer vacations with family.
It's all such predictable political Kabuki theater that the latest Aug.12, 2020 CNBC poll results has Biden up by 6 points; however, the poll significantly over sampled younger voters and under sampled of older voters,
as shown below:
"The CNBC poll oversampled 18-49 year olds by 20%, compared to 2016 turnout.
The CNBC poll undersampled 50+ year.
The CNBC poll undersampled Republicans by 8%, compared to 2016 turnout.”
If we extrapolate the results based on the 2,143 sample size and adjust CNBC’s own poll numbers to reflect a turnout similar to 2016, we get a statistical tie. Biden at 47% in the derived poll results and Trump at 46%.”
The latest
Reuters/Ipsos of August 10 – 11 has Biden up by 7 points. The sample size of registered voters was 50% Democrats and 37% Republican.
In 2016 Republicans leaning voters were about
48 percent of the electorate. Democratic leaning voters were about
51 percent.
As to how Democrats will react to the Biden/Harris ticket in future polls remains to be seen, although most likely an effort will be made to keep public appearances limited for both.
Progressive unrest with Kamala
Most Republicans,
91%, to be exact, still approve of the job that Trump is doing as president, which implies that they don’t blame Trump for the state of affairs, such a lawlessness.
As
Briahna Joy Gray, a liberal reporter and former national press secretary for Sanders said:
“We are in the midst of the largest protest movement in American history, the subject of which is excessive policing, and the Democratic Party chose a ‘top cop’ and the author of the Joe Biden crime bill to save us from Trump.” Gray added, “The contempt for the base is, wow. After all was said and done the Democratic Party donor and professional class got pretty much exactly what it wanted.”
CNN editor-at-large Chris Cilizza suggested Tuesday, August 11 2020 that former Vice President Joe Biden would “step aside” to elevate his new running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, all but conceding that Biden will not finish his presidential term, if elected.
Kamala as “Momala"
Kamala Harris is painting herself as
“Momala” as she reintroduces herself to the country. It is “Momola” Harris that will soothe us all and be such a contrast to Trump the New Hitler! Said Kamala, "I've had a lot of titles of my career. And certainly, vice president will be great. But 'Momala' will always be the one that means the most."
But in the age of the Internet and digital marketing ready to show the real Kamala Harris in action, will "Momola" sell in the general election any more than it did in the primary?
As to
Jill Biden’s ex-husband Bill Stevenson, he has completed an autobiographical book manuscript to be published before November’s election in which he devotes 80 pages to new bombshell details about Joe and Jill Biden. The book claims that Joe and Jill began their romance in Delaware earlier than they have publicly stated, while Jill was still married to Stevenson, and that their affair led Stevenson to break up his marriage to Jill.
This fits the pattern of both Biden’s (and Kamala for that matter) who are ready to do anything and say anything to get power.
Looking ahead
Are Americans ready for a stand-by president who is further to the Left than Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders?
Kamala Harris is the fourth farthest left of any senator with a score of 96.76 percent out of 100 on “crucial votes,” despite moderating very slightly in the period when she was running for president. The media will endeavor to hide from the general public any facts that portray Biden and Harris as anything other than a middle-of-the road Democrats.
Here is the dirty little secret; The Democrat party now has two people leading their ticket and quest for the Oval Office who are literally devoid of any experience or knowledge in the private sector, an affliction and liability seen in all Progressive candidates over many generations and in any socialist administration the world over. We can see from history how that has worked out. Not too well for the common people.
The American people can bid farewell to this nation as we know it, should the Biden/Karmala ticket win on November 3, 2020, which more than likely would include all manner of rampant fraud including mail-ballots and ballot harvesting presently being pushed state-wide by Democrats.
