Ever since critical race theory made its way into the national spotlight, concerned parents all across the nation have been showing up to local PTA meetings and confronting school boards…And they are 100% justified.. Today’s children are being taught that biology doesn’t matter, that gender is fluid, and that America is an irredeemably racist country. Parents have now become the NEW "Domestic Terrorists."
The word "horrifying" seems best to describe Attorney General Garland Merrick's authorization of the FBI to go after parents who speak out at local school board meetings about Critical Race Theory, masks, vaxx, and porn.
Exposing the NSBA (National School Boards Association)
As Kimberly Fletcher revealed in her article posted on October 7, 2021, Will Moms Mow be Listed n FBI's Most Wanted List?:
The NSBA (The National School Boards Association) is a part of the ongoing threat to our parental rights, it is wise and prudent to understand who they are and what they do.
NSBA is in lockstep with teacher unions and operate much like the unions do. They charge exorbitant dues, lobby for union agendas, and they have an organization in each state.
They also host events like their upcoming Equity Symposium (to make sure school board members drink the proverbial Kool-Aid) and a national conference where they make sure school board members are properly trained to tow the union line.
Each state organization holds similar events and conferences. The school district pays for them to go, as well as their membership fees to their state’s school boards association.
The whole thing — from teachers unions to superintendents to the state and national school boards associations — is an incestuous web of deceit claiming to do everything “for the children” and doing exactly the opposite.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki did not refute a teacher’s union’s characterization of parents who oppose Critical Race Theory as “domestic terrorists” and defended the Department of Justice dispersing the FBI to target CRT critics.
Upspoken threats
While Garland spoke about “threats,” he didn’t identify any threats or concerns which would qualify as federal criminal action requiring such interference in the parents’ rights to express themselves.
Normally, if there was any actual “threat,” it would come within the purview of local law enforcement. There’s no requirement to make what would already be illegal more illegal.
What is really occurring with this edict from the Biden Administration? The left is terrified of you. They are frightened by your voices, your thoughts and most of all your public display of opinions that diverge from their agenda. Pointing out their hypocrisy, lies, and lack of common sense is a threat to their power over you.
The Biden regime is using the force of the completely corrupt FBI to threaten and pressure you to be silent. This drastic action by the Biden regime is an act of desperation. They have not been able to keep moms and dads from showing up at leftist school board meetings and throwing their bad decisions back at them, even thought they have tried by keeping people out of buildings, shutting off microphones, turning the cameras away, shortened speaking time and made up rules to keep parents from attending meetings.
The same has been happening all over America, but parents just keep on coming. Protecting their kids is all that matters as it should be. So, now, the public school boards are asking that the federal government take this unprecedented action because they know they cannot control your outrage.
Ron DeSantis speaks out
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has championed the rights of parents to speak on behalf of their own children — something that should be self-evident and unquestionable — threw down the gauntlet, speaking out against this troubling announcement from Garland.
“Attorney General Garland is weaponizing the DOJ by using the FBI to pursue concerned parents and silence them through intimidation,” DeSantis tweeted. “Florida will defend the free speech rights of its citizens and will not allow federal agents to squelch dissent.”
Former President Donald Trump speaks out
Trump was asked about mobilizing the FBI in an interview with the Spectator’s Ambery Athey.
Amber Athey: I’d love to get your reaction to Attorney General Merrick Garland mobilizing the FBI against parents who oppose CRT at local school board meetings.
Donald Trump: Well, I’m very surprised that he’d do it. The local boards have gone out of their way to really take over the school system and to do things that a lot of the parents disagree with — I would say almost all of the parents disagree with. It’s shocking what they’re doing. So I was surprised to see it. The school boards have really been changing. They first, they changed for the worse. Now they’re changing for the better because parents are really up in arms about all of the things their children are being taught and they don’t want that. They want to have a more traditional, more, let’s say, more American form of education. And that’s not what’s happening. So I was a little bit surprised by it.
AA: Joe Biden promised before taking office that he would not politicize the DoJ and the FBI and actually accused you of politicizing them. Now that the FBI is going after these parents, as well as the DoJ suing Georgia and Texas for voter rights laws and laws to protect the right to life, do you think that Biden has unfairly politicized the DoJ?
DJT: Well, that’s what’s happening. And if you look there’s so many other reasons that they could go after — you look at antifa, you look at BLM, you look at so many things that are happening right now and and the crime rates are way up. You go to the cities, you go to Chicago, New York. Crime rates are way up. And instead, they’re going after parents of students that want their children to get a good education. So yeah, I would say that it’s not appropriate, and it’s certainly not what he said during the campaign.
CRT infiltrates top 25 most elite K-12 schools
A website that features a database of information on critical race theory (CRT) curricula and training in higher education unveiled a new study focusing on the controversial ideology infiltrating the top 25 most elite K-12 private schools in America.
“The project indicated that some schools openly admit to teaching CRT, while others are more subtle. Of the top 25 private schools, the database found that seven had some form of mandatory anti-racism training for students and a staggering 20 of 25 schools had some sort of curricular requirement change based off of anti-racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or critical race theory.”
“William Jacobson, the Cornell Law School professor who founded the conservative-leaning site Legal Insurrection, created CriticalRace.org earlier this year to track how the widely debated concept is permeating U.S. institutions. His new initiative covers the same information as the higher education database, with a focus on K-12 learning.”
Possible conflict of interest
Recently, Merrick Garland made it a crime to complain about the beliefs that are enriching his family. But the thing that parents are complaining about is the thing that Merrick Garland’s family is getting rich from. Does this make sense?
"Merrick Garland's daughter is married to a man who is the co-founder of an "education service company" called Panorama Education, which, you will not be surprised to learn, provides materials on critical race theory to school districts – including dismantling "unconscious bias and systemic racism in schools.
This specific company has raised a ton of money from Mark Zuckerberg's foundation. Fairfax County Public Schools just signed a $1.8 million contract with Panorama to conduct a multi-year "social and emotional learning screener," giving them the right to collect "psychometrics" on the school district’s students. Do you realize they’re collecting psychometrics on your kids?
What is a psychometric anyway? Some of the questions ask whether students are "sad" or "gender fluid." It’s all making Merrick Garland’s family rich.
This is horrifying. It's also potentially illegal. According to the DOJ's own conflict of interest policy, all of this raises serious ethical issues.
The DOJ's rules require employees to seek official guidance before, "participating in any matter in which his or her impartiality could be questioned." That includes situations in which matters can "Affect the financial interests" of a "relative with whom a [DOJ] employee has a close relationship."
That would probably include your daughter, Merrick Garland. Did you do that?
You can be assured that no one at the DOJ's "National Security Division" is investigating that question tonight. Instead, they're promising to go after people and designate them domestic terrorists.
