BOLINGBROOK – Tim Ozinga of the family-owned Ozinga Concrete introduced himself Saturday at the Illinois Conservative Activist Conference held this year at the Bolingbrook Country Club.
Ozinga is one of at least three Republicans that has announced interest in succeeding State Rep. Margo McDermed, who's retiring from representing the 37th House District. The other two thus far are New Lenox Mayor Tim Baldermann and Joliet Community College Trustee Patty Dieters.
