CHICAGO – Tammy Duckworth's campaign released a video Monday that gives a taste of how Democrats will use Republican candidate Donald Trump's own words to discourage support for Republicans down the ballot leading up to the November election.

In this case, incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Mark Kirk's voiced support for Trump is being thrown back at him. D.C. insiders see Kirk as one of the most vulnerable incumbents, and electing Democrat Tammy Duckworth would erode the Republicans' slim majority in the U.S. Senate.

  1. I’m not a Trump fan, nor a Kirk fan, but if that’s the best the Dems can do, I personally am not worried.
Only 2 or 3 things in that video are offensive and the rest are supported by the majority of the people. Duckworth’s team is out of touch with average Americans here. Many are underestimating the American public.

  2. Who does Duckworth think she’s fooling?
There aren’t any Democrats who are / were going to vote for ‘down ballot’ Republicans.
If a Democrat isn’t going to vote for Donald Trump – not exactly a hardline Conservative candidate by any stretch of the imagination – they sure as heck aren’t going to be voting for a ‘down ballot’ candidate that is very likely more Conservative than Mr. Trump.
Man, Democrat voters must absolutely be exactly the uneducated dolts their political slave-masters – oops, I mean candidates – take them for.
