WASHINGTON – While recognizing World Down Syndrome Day Monday on the U.S. House floor , U.S. Rep. Mike Bost (IL-15) honored his grandson Stanley – who deals with special needs resulting from Down Syndrome.
Over 400,000 Americans face the challenges of Down Syndrome.
