  2. LOL. Thanks for pointing this out, LakeCoConserv.
    We can’t blame anyone but the publisher – it’s his fault. His OCD freaked out when he saw the smaller than normal graphic next to John DiLeo’s title.
    He says that “Number 4 is so YUGE, YUGE, it counts as 5!”
