Olsen appointed to replace State. Rep. Sandack

David Olsen5552-w275-h275WHEATON, IL – David Olsen of Downers Grove has been officially appointed to the vacant State Representative seat for the 81st District. The selection was determined by DuPage County Chairman Brian Krajewski and Will County Chairman Kathy Havel.

Olsen is a Downers Grove Village Council member who was named Mayor Pro Tem in 2015 and was appointed to fill the College of DuPage vacancy left by the resignation of trustee Kathy Hamilton. A detailed bio on Olsen is HERE.

It is being reported that Olsen will resign his post on the Downers Grove Village Council, but will finish out his term at COD, which ends in April of 2017.
