CHICAGO – If incumbent U.S. Senator Mark Kirk could take back 14 words from Thursday night's debate with Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth, it's pretty clear he would.
One phrase, "I forgot your parents came all the way from Thailand to serve George Washington," ignited a Twitter explosion that is continuing Saturday morning. In fact, Democrats that want to get the focus off Hillary Clinton's FBI troubles are all over Mark Kirk's comment.
