Rauner holds firm for term limits and permanent property tax freeze

SPRINGFIELD – Governor Bruce Rauner released the following video Thursday morning explaining that in order to accept Speaker Mike Madigan's proposal of another stop gap budget, he wants two things: term limits and a permanent property tax freeze.
