FRANKFORT – Just south of I-80 on the corner of LaGrange Road and Route 30, those supporting President Trump plan to rally Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 10 AM – 12 PM CST.
"Candidates supporting the President will be there," the announcement says. "Everyone needs to come at least for a short while. President Trump needs us to stand with him. This impeachment is biased, based in half-truths, incomplete information, and false statements by the Democrats."
The rally was prompted by pro-Impeach Trump supporters that gathered on the same corner last Saturday. South Suburban Activists, as the group identifies, says in the past two and a half years, has held candidate forums, vigils, three Women’s March events, multiple art shows, an Equality March for Unity and Pride, and a March for Our Lives and Families Belong Together protest.
Saturday, December 21st, a rally in support of Trump will be organized by Will County Republican Women, New Lenox Republicans, United Southland Republican Women-Chgo SW Suburbs, and the Will County Republican Central Committee.
