Letter to Editor:
I am writing because I am angry. Not at you, but at this whole situation. We didn’t shut the economy down for ebola or swine flu. They purposefully shut it down to ruin the economy. As if they haven’t been a pain in the a** enough already since President Trump won. These sorry-a**ed Democrats are becoming tyrannical.
What law says that we have to wear masks? Governor Pritzker does not make the law, the Legislature does. You are supposed to quarantine sick people, not healthy people.
Who is fighting for the people of LaSalle County? Why does the Governor have all this power? He is supposed to be working for us!
The Governor is only supposed to have 30 days on an emergency and now we have been on lockdown for how long? Even China, where the virus began, was only on lockdown for 16 days. This is ridiculous.
The Governor is a Deep State clown billionaire who has rules set for all of us peons, but not for his own family. "Rules for thee, not for me."
I am one fed-up, angry citizen. I didn’t vote for this clown. Can the Republicans please fight for the rest of the state who are mostly conservatives?
