  1. Yes, Virginia, government CAN tell you and your children what to do. In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1905 ruled that States can require mandatory vaccinations, as well that NO right is absolute:Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court’s decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state.
The ruling still stands today, and was cited by the Northern District of Illinois in recent Covid-19 suits against the State of Illinois.
It is time to STOP promoting disease-spreading behavior!
