CHICAGO – Illinois Review readers will notice a note set in place by Facebook powers-that-be that don't like the fact we shared a Breitbart.com story entitled, "Facebook, Google/YouTube, Twitter Censor Viral Video of Doctors' Capitol Hill Coronavirus Press Conference."

The story Facebook says contains "false information" reports on a video of doctors saying they have had success with their patients using therapies that remain in discussion.

“We’ve removed this video for sharing false information about cures and treatments for COVID-19,” a Facebook company spokesman, Andy Stone, told Breitbart News. The company did not specify what portion of the video it ruled to be “false information,” who it consulted to make that ruling, and on what basis it was made.

Illinois Review remains committed to sharing accurate news that may at times be in conflict with the powers-that-be. Our view is that it is our readers' responsibility and opportunity to determine for themselves which news they seek.

  1. Isn’t the Internet owned by the United States… at least that part that encompasses the United States and its territories, etc.? If so, why doesn’t our President slap a 30 day suspension on FB abd Twitter for censorship? My personal opinion is that someone is feeding Trump a pile of bullsh*t and it may be too late before he even realizes it.
