PALATINE – Conservatives fed up with the way things are at the federal, state and local levels can simply gripe and complain, or they can do something constructive that can change the political environment.
The renowned Leadership Institute will be offering training classes in Illinois over the next several weeks – from northern Illinois' Palatine (January 23) and Lake County all the way south to Effingham.
