Cut and paste this letter to the websites of your US Senators and Congressman/woman:

  • Why are the imprisoned “insurrectionists” held without bail and no trial date?

  • Why were they kept in solitary confinement 23 hours a day?

  • Why have PRIVILEGED LEGAL DOCUMENTS been CONFISCATED and gone missing from various cells?

  • Why is VIDEO VISITATION, available to the rest of the jail, RESTRICTED in the Jan 6 pod?

  • Why are visits with friends or family members NEVER ALLOWED for unvaccinated inmates?

  • Why are haircuts PROHIBITED from unvaccinated inmates?

  • Why are masks required to be worn 24 hours a day, and violations used to withhold privileges?

  • Why was prisoner Christopher Worrell denied surgery for his broken hand, and cancer treatment?

  • RAW SEWAGE has overflowed their unit, in addition to the MOLD on cell walls, rusty pipes, and DIRTY WATER that flows from their sinks.

  • Why are they often denied their weekly phone call to family or attorneys for capricious reasons?

  • Why was Ryan Samsel viciously BEATEN and LEFT FOR DEAD by African migrant correctional officers for the offense of trying to organize a Bible Study? He suffered a broken eye socket and brain damage and is now permanently blind in one eye.

  • Inmate Peter Stager WAITED FOUR MONTHS to receive his CPAP breathing machine and needs an MRI.

  • Why are they suffering SEVERE NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES and STARVATION? Some show signs of scurvy.

  • Why are RELIGIOUS SERVICES, protected by the 1st amendment, NOT provided to Jan 6ers. Neither are in person classes or other activities available to the rest of the jail.

  • On whose orders are these Americans being held in such conditions? Nancy Pelosi’s? The terrorists at Gitmo are treated better.

See Jan. 6th prisoner Nathaniel DeGrave’s letter at World Tribune dot com. These are shocking violations of constitutional protections for persons whose real offense was to support Donald Trump. Americans must demand an end to these conditions and just compensation to these “insurrectionists.”
