CHAMPAIGN – The primary between incumbent GOP US Congress members Rodney Davis (IL-13) and Mary Miller (IL-15) is playing out as if Illinois Democrats that redistricted the two together scripted it themselves – ugly headlines and nasty innuendoes marking the race.
Davis' campaign is especially nasty and their headlines cast dispersions upon Congresswoman Miller consistently:
