NORMAL – The Illinois Republican Party just can't stay out of their party primaries, it seems.
Downstate BLN editor Diane Benjamin pointed Illinois Review to a mailer that hit in the Bloomington- Normal region that is proof they do get involved as a party – with their name on a mailer supporting Scott Preston over his primary opponent James Fisher.
The primary battle is in Illinois' newly-drawn 91st House District.
Is this how well-meaning Republicans in Illinois want their party donations to be spent?

Proof the ILGOP interferes in primaries, publicly they claim they don’t. They obviously want to stay in the minority by not allowing conservative fighters to be elected.
