CHICAGO – While you’ll never see such a declaration on Democrat mouthpiece Rich Miller’s CapFax blog, it is a fact – and it’s becoming more and more prevalent as the November 8th election nears: Madigan’s dark shadow is hanging over Illinois Democrats in 2022.
