The hard scientific facts are finally coming out about COVID 19 and it is time for all rational Americans to get very angry. New statistics are out and COVID 19 is not nearly as dangerous as the medical “Experts” and the “Fake News” have told us. Sadly, because so many people bought their hysteria and accepted shutting down our economy, 26.4 million Americans have lost their jobs, trillions of dollars have been taken out of our economy and our 401Ks, and up to 40% could come out of our GDP. The pain and suffering this will create is indescribable and the Lancet Medical Journal reported that 77,000 more Americans could die from suicide and drug overdoses because of this huge surge in unemployment. This massive pain is all self-inflicted because the medical “Experts” told us that 2.2 million Americans could die from COVID 19 if we didn’t shut down our economy. But the hard data that is coming out now is showing that COVID 19 is nowhere near as dangerous and fatal as we were told and COVID 19 may be no more dangerous than the annual flu and in fact, it is less dangerous for young people.
WHO and other medical “Experts” originally told us that the COVID 19 fatality rate was 3.4% which is 34 times more than the annual flu fatality rate that we live with every year which is 0.1%. But now we know that is total baloney. Why? Because we now know that a huge number of people who have COVID 19 have no symptoms and don’t even know that they have it. That is a math problem because if you just divide COVID 19 deaths by just those who know they have it, you dramatically overestimate the fatality rate. The first proof of this was the Stanford University study in California which randomly tested over 3,000 people and found that between 50 to 85 times more people had caught COVID 19 then originally knew it. Using that new data, the COVID 19 fatality rate dropped dramatically to 0.12% to 0.2% which is almost exactly what the annual flu is at 0.1%. That should be a massive wake-up call! What’s the logic of putting 26.4 million Americans out of work if the COVID 19 is no worse than the annual flu?
It gets worse than that thanks to a New York random study which Governor Cuomo publicly shared which proved that over 2 million New York citizens caught COVID 19. That is dramatically more than was originally reported and dramatically reduced the NY fatality rate. That study proved the following:
- Not one person 17 years old and younger died from COVID 19. Why did we close all of our schools?
- The average age of those that died was 63.
- 94% of those that died had more than 1 other serious disease, 53% had hypertension, 42% suffered from obesity, and 32% had diabetes. Bottom line, older people who were already sick were the most vulnerable. Young people are not!
- The overall fatality rate in NY is 0.5% vs. the 3.4% WHO told us.
- Bottom line, COVID 19 is far less dangerous than we were originally told and it is less dangerous for young healthy people than the normal flu.
On top of all this is the example of Sweden. Unlike the rest of the world which have shut down their economies, Sweden reviewed the real facts and decided to focus on isolating and protecting the vulnerable older population while letting the healthy younger population stay at work and go to school to both keep their economy going and to create a “Herd Immunity” which will quickly kill COVID 19. Sweden has almost exactly the same population as Michigan (10 million) and they have dramatically less deaths from COVID 19 than Michigan does even though Michigan has shut down their entire economy. The bottom line is that Sweden is right and Michigan is wrong. Not only does Michigan have more deaths, they have put millions of people out of work and caused billions of dollars of financial pain to the people of their state while the Swedes keep living their happy lives.
Knowing these hard facts, is it worth shutting down our economy, putting 26.4 million Americans out of work, kicking our kids out of school, and taking trillions of dollars out of our economy because of a disease that is about as dangerous as the annual flu which we don’t shut down our economy for every year? I don’t think so, do you?
How did this happen? Sadly, the medical “Experts” that launched this massive overreaction simply used bad data to create very bad prediction models which incorrectly scared the heck out of everybody who doesn’t have the facts. On top of that, because the news media loves hysteria and fear because it increases their audiences and advertising income, they pitched the heck out of this. Instead of comparing the daily, weekly, and monthly death rate of COVID 19 with the annual flu to give their audience proper perspective, they pitch fear by only reporting COVID 19 death rates. Did you know that so far this year between 39 to 56 million Americans have caught the annual flu and between 24,000 and 62,000 have died from it according to the CDC? Why is that not in the news? Because it is old news and we are used to it. Compare that data on the annual flu with the latest COVID 19 data which is that 927,316 Americans have caught it (understated by 50-85 times per Stanford and NY studies) and 52,415 have died from it (probably overstated). So at the very least, we got “Sucker Punched” by bad data and news hysteria.
I will add another aspect to this tragic COVID 19 “Sucker Punch” that every American should consider. Democrats knew that they would lose the 2020 Presidential election if the US economy continued to roar as it has under President Trump. While I am not saying that they planned or initiated this COVID 19 tragedy, there is no doubt in my mind that once it came about and they saw those horrible and incorrect math models that predicted the death of 2.2 million Americans from COVID 19, they helped “feed the beast” to shut down the economy and create massive pain to the American people which they hoped would convince them to vote Democrat. Yes I know people will accuse me of being crazy, but this is the same Democrat Party that launched what we now know was the “Russian Collusion Hoax” to slander and defame our president and then launched the immoral, illegal, and unconstitutional “Impeachment Charade” to unseat a duly elected president. Why is it hard to believe that these same Democrats would use COVID 19 to win an election even if it does put 26.4 million Americans out of work and take trillions of dollars out of our economy?
Folks, we have once again been “Sucker Punched” just as we were with the “Russian Collusion Hoax” and the “Impeachment Charade”. This time it is due to a combination of overreacting medical “Experts” who also told us that milk, eggs, and wine would kill us, the “Fake News” which lives on hysteria and has a liberal bias, and a Democrat Party that will do anything to hurt President Trump even if it puts 26.4 million Americans out of work and causes massive pain to our country. As responsible citizens, we need to keep checking the hard facts, use logic, and then hold the politicians and the “Fake News” accountable for causing so much pain by turning them off and voting them out of office!!
