WASHINGTON – The IRS has said that it doesn't need the list of donors to non-profits that Schedule B forms currently demand. Recently, those lists leaked to media have been used to harass donors – something Congressman Peter Roskam (IL-06) says needs to end. His legislation to omit Schedule B passed the U.S. House this week, and is now on its way to the U.S. Senate, and hopefully, to President Obama's desk. Roskam explains:
