  1. Today there is a call from black actors to boycott the Oscars, and possibly to establish a separate Academy of Motion picture Arts and Sciences only for African-American motion picture people.
    Their beef is that they had zero Oscar nominations this year. Perhaps their choice of bad movie roles or choice of appearing in bad movies had something to do with it?
    Does this make America “Racist?”

  2. I don’t know about most of the U.S., but many Illinois voters (including me) proved that we’re not racist in the 2004 U.S. Senate race by voting for Alan Keyes, instead of Barack Obama. We voted for the darkest candidate, in that race, because Keyes had the best views.
