CHICAGO – It was a problem in the 2012 and 2014 elections, and if Congressman Robert Dold gets his way, Brad Schneider's refusal to make his household tax returns public will be an issue in November.
The Dold campaign makes a two-pronged attack – on Schneider and, curiously, on the name presumed to be at the top of the Republican ballot in the General Election – Donald J. Trump.
