BOLINGBROOK – Far southwest suburb Bolingbrook Mayor Roger Claar and former GOP gubernatorial candidate Ron Gidwitz will host presidential candidate Donald Trump Wednesday, after two previous rescheduled tries.
The tickets for the luncheon event to be held at the Bolingbrook Golf Course will range between $1000 to $250,000 per couple, according to invitations.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus is scheduled to attend, but neither GOP Governor Bruce Rauner nor GOP U.S. Senate candidate Mark Kirk are listed among those expected to attend. Within the past week, however, Chicago Cubs' owner Ricketts family committed to supporting Trump after financing an opposition movement earlier in the year.
