CHICAGO – Thursday, Chicago businessman and possible 2018 IL gubernatorial candidate J.B. Pritzker expressed his outrage with President Donald Trump's executive order reversing the Obama Administration's mandate concerning genders and bathrooms, showers and locker rooms in taxpayer-funded schools.
And evidently that wasn't a strong enough message, Pritzker followed up, encouraging everyone to invade opposite sex bathrooms with the purpose of protecting "trans kids":
The Obama Administration's executive order affected the interpretation of the word "gender" to be "perceived sex" in Title IX federal laws. It said, "Schools receiving federal money may not discriminate based on a student's sex, including a student's transgender status."
To disallow biologically male students from using female bathrooms, showers and dressing rooms was to be considered discriminatory. The reverse, of course, would apply to biologically female students. And if students perceived themselves as of the opposite sex were prevented from acting upon their sexual perception, the Obama Administration interpreted that to be discrimination and federal funds would be withheld.
Pritzker's comments were met with many more angry responses than supportive ones throughout the day.
The issue may be especially important to Pritzker due to his cousin Jennifer's gender identification change in 2013 from male to female. Part of the Hyatt Hotel legacy, she's now known as the world's wealthiest trans.
Has the Democrat part really shrunken so pathetically low that serious candidates stand for nothing much more than perverts going to the bathroom of their choice?
At one point this used to be a serious country.
And for the vast majority of kids out there who aren’t confused about your birth gender, we have YOUR backs. We will fight to keep kids and adults of the opposite gender out of your restrooms and locker rooms.
This rich liberal SOB needs to grow up.
Trump is correct: this is NOT an issue for the Federal government.
It is an issue for states governments and local school boards.
In the 1950s, Democrats stood in front of public school doors to block integration.
Trump is not standing in front of public school potty doors to block URINATION.
Besides, Obama sent this trans-gender letter to the schools on his own, Congress never drafted or passed it.
It’s constitutionality needs to be questioned.
Gender confusion is a mental disorder, NO ONE IS BORN A TRANSGENDER! There is no transgender gene and there is no science that shows transgenders are born that way. WHY YOU ASK, ITS BECAUSE A MENTAL DISORDER. ALL BEHAVIOR IS A CHOICE EXCEPT WHEN MENTAL ILLNESS IS INVOLVED.
I can’t find the clause in the constitution, which gives the federal gov’t jurisdiction over toilets. It must be there; surely Pritzker wouldn’t be social engineering if NOT granted the authority to do so by the U.S. Constitution. Or was he a born an oppressive tyrant? Pritzker denies the scientific law of cause and effect. Scientific fact is not intolerance, so stop the lying!
Gender confusion is a disorder similar to a “dangerously thin” person suffering anorexia who looks in the mirror and thinks they are “overweight,”
Gender confusion a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment and prevention. The best thing we can do for the gender confused is to help them deal with their biological reality, not grant an acceptance of their delusion.
There are a few – incredibly few – people born with a true abnormality. There is indeed a range of birth defects that cause it to be hard to tell at birth whether a person is male or female… and it is conceivable that the doctors guess wrong half the time, in these incredibly rare cases.
We’re talking about fractions of fractions here though… some small percentage of one percent of births.
If the so-called trans movement would focus on these very real, and incredibly rare, circumstances, we could probably find some common ground.
…but that’s not what the Left demands, is it? They fly in the face of common sense and demand that everyone be free to choose their gender, whether there is legitimate question about it or not!
And this is the insanity that currently rules the Democratic Party.

And how does a fat guy, who spent millions on TV ads, showing him playing touch football with little kids, while wearing a 3XXL Bears jersey, during an abortive 9th district congressional bid (he came in a distant 3rd place) think that he can be taken seriously by anyone, anywhere?
