CHICAGO – Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanuel celebrated the federal judge's ruling against the Department of Justice's effort to withhold federal funding from localities that refuse to cooperate in illegal immigration cases. Chicago is one of those "sanctuary" cities the Trump Administration's DOJ opposes.
