By Nancy Thorner & Bonnie O'Neil -

Although Joe Biden has officially been inaugurated as this nation’s 46th president, how many American citizens who voted for Joe Biden in the last election would have done so if they had known what we do today about Joe and Hunter Biden’s questionable activities with Burisma?  Hunter Biden held a directorship with a natural gas company called Burisma Holdings, beginning in the spring of 2014.

Why were the facts about Joe and his son Hunter not exposed by mainstream media sources before the Nov. 3rd, 2020 election?  The media certainly knew but chose to either treat it lightly or cover it up entirely.  Shouldn’t such obvious and blatant media bias be unacceptable to our citizens?

It would seem evident that unless there is a thorough investigation, by a neutral source, many of our citizens will continue to question the integrity of not just Joe Biden, his son, and others in the Biden family, but also media sources that pick and choose what they want to report and who they want to protect.  But now that the Biden/Harris administration controls all three branches of government, the chances of this happening are next to zero.

If our citizens cannot trust our media to fairly and thoroughly investigate and then report all the facts, rather than pick and choose according to their own political preferences, how will that impact our nation in the years ahead?  It has already tarnished our Nov. 3rd, 2020 presidential election.

More facts continue to come out which may or may not reach the general public, but there definitely are questions that demand to be answered in the Court of Law, such as:

1.  Which news sources purposely covered up one Party’s mistakes, while blatantly exposing another Party’s negatives?

2.  Can America continue to thrive when media sources create the news rather than report it; when they choose who to protect and who to infect?

What is Hunter Biden doing now?

" Hunter Biden, who will turn 51 this week, is now preparing for an art show in New York City with Soho art dealer Georges Berges," according to the New York Post.

The Post said Berges “was once arrested for ‘terrorist threats’ and assault with a deadly weapon in California and has strong ties to China.”

“Biden, however, is not a starving artist. He’s renting a Hollywood Hills home for $12,000 a month while also maintaining a Washington, D.C., home."

Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine and China raised red flags among Republicans last year over questions that he may have used his father’s connections to help himself, and that he was dealing with members of China’s Communist Party. The U.S. attorney’s office is also investigating Hunter Biden in a tax case.

Biden's warning to family

President Joe Biden reportedly warned his family about potential business dealings during his presidential campaign.

"An anonymous source with knowledge of the conversations told Politico that Biden’s tone was both “jocular and serious” when he had the conversations."

The report said Biden “seemed to know then what is becoming plainly obvious now: His family’s business ties threatened to undermine an administration whose messaging is centered on restoring integrity in the White House.”

“For Christ’s sake, watch yourself,” he told his younger brother, Frank, according to Politico.

“Don’t get sucked into something that would, first of all, hurt you.”

Yet on Inauguration Day, as reported by CNBC, Frank Biden promoted his relationship to the president in an advertisement for a Florida law firm.

The advertisement, which focused on a lawsuit Berman Law Group was leading against Florida sugar cane companies, featured a picture of Frank Biden with quotes regarding his relationship with the incoming president.

Biden also related the following to assure the public about his administration:

“No one in my family will have an office in the White House, will sit in on meetings as if they are a cabinet member, will, in fact, have any business relationship with anyone that relates to a foreign corporation or a foreign country. Period. Period.  End of story’’

But that was not true.  According to a January 29, 2020 report in the Washington Examiner, “Hunter Biden continues to hold a 10% stake in the Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners.

How 'Middle Class' Joe's family cashed in

Biden’s image as a straight-shooting man of the people, however, is clouded by the careers of his son and brother, who have lengthy track records of making, or seeking, deals that cash in on his name.

According to Politico: “There’s no evidence that Joe Biden used his power inappropriately or took action to benefit his relatives with respect to these ventures. Interviews, court records, government filings and news reports, however, reveal that some members of the Biden family have consistently mixed business and politics over nearly half a century, moving from one business to the next as Joe’s stature in Washington grew.”

But Ben Shreckinger, a reporter for Politico, relates here how family fortunes have closely tracked Biden's political career.

Two Republican Senators issue warnings

Sen. Tom Cotton, campaigning in the battleground state of  New Hampshire on behalf of  Republicans, took aim at  Joe Biden and his family over a much-publicized story in the New York Post regarding the Democratic presidential nominee’s son, Hunter Biden.

"We do know that Hunter Biden traded on his father's public office for many years," the senator from Arkansas told Fox News. "The Biden family has cashed in substantially on Joe Biden's public office."

Likewise reported by Fox News:

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-WI, weighs in on Joe Biden’s brother using his name for a law firm ad and Hunter Biden potentially still holding an investment in a Chinese firm. #FoxNews #FoxNewsPrimetime #Bartiromo

Peter Schweizer's account

To understand better the Biden family involvement in cashing in on Joe Biden’s political career, read here Peter Schweizer's account of How five members of Joe Biden’s family got rich through his connections.

Schweizer’s article begins as follows: “Political figures have long used their families to route power and benefits for their own self-enrichment.  In my book, “ Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” one particular politician — Joe Biden — emerges as the king of the sweetheart deal, with no less than five family members benefiting from his largesse, favorable access and powerful position for commercial gain.  In Biden’s case, these deals include foreign partners and, in some cases, even US taxpayer dollars."

Following are the five Biden family members named by Schweizer in self-enrichment:  Joe’s son Hunter, son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.  Schweizer then goes on to explain the details of their enrichment.

Imagine the fury in the mainstream media had the Trump family profited similarly while Trump was president.

Biden's book deal seeks forgiveness and rehabilitation

Though the numbers aren’t public, according to Fox News, Hunter Biden was likely paid big bucks for his new book deal.

"The memoir "Beautiful Things" will be published through Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, on April 6."

The same book publisher cancelled Missouri Republican senator Josh Hawley's upcoming book, “The Tyranny of Big Tech,” following criticism of his efforts to overturn the presidential election

"The tale of Hunter Biden’s experience with drug addiction will "likely" earn the president’s son a number in the "high six figures," a book industry source told Fox News.

In a snippet released by Gallery Books, Hunter writes, "I come from a family forged by tragedies and bound by a remarkable, unbreakable love."

“Hunter will likely receive an advance as high as $2 million and could earn millions more if he allows his life story to be filmed.”

Meanwhile, Hunter’s finances remain under investigation by the Department of Justice. He denied any wrongdoing when the department announced its probe into his tax affairs.
