WASHINGTON – Quoting from little-known mainstream media stories, constitutional attorney and former chief of staff for then-Attorney General Edwin Meese, Mark Levin laid out the evidence showing the Obama Administration spied on GOP candidate Donald Trump on Fox and Friends Saturday morning.

Levin pointed to Washington Post, New York Times, The Guardian stories that clearly point to FISA court applications and President Obama's daily intelligence briefings.

"The issue is not whether the Obama Administration spied on the Trump campaign, it's to what extent they spied," Levin said.

What did Barack Obama know? He had to know six agencies were involved, Levin said.

  1. Trump’s success in the business world is partly due to his use of insider intelligence and business spies. Attempts by the Left to discredit him have often failed, because he eventually provides evidence his claims are true.
Remember the Left hammering him that he was “wrong” about muslim vs. police street battles in Paris? Yet, recent videos are evidence of it.
Trump didn’t get where he is by being naive. With his wealth and contacts, I am certain he knows more of the Obama regime’s activities than do some of the government’s operatives

  2. I hope you are being sarcastic. If you don’t believe this story, you haven’t been paying attention the past 8 years. Fast and Furious, IRS targeting Tea Party groups, wire tapping journalists and their families, and Benghazi just to name a few. Never mind that Obama is the first president in modern American history to stay in Washington after his term, and that his top advisor Valerie Jarrett moves into his home, but the steady leaks of private conversations and meetings coming from the deep bureaucracy of the federal government are coming from agencies that are filled with Obama hold-overs due to democrats slow walking the over 500 Trump appointees. When Obama grants clemency to Daniel or Chelsea Manning just before he leaves office, and signs the executive action of allowing information sharing between agencies, one must believe there is more to how these leaks are filtering into the media. He has an agenda to preserve his legacy until another liberal Congress and President will continue to advance the ball. Nothing in it for him, that is funny.

  3. FISA applications are generally sought for organized crime, drug dealers as well people thought to pose a threat to national security. They have to provide evidence to show reasonable cause and then be approved by a judicial panel.
The CIA director at the time and the FBI director say wiretap warrants for Trump Towers don’t exist.
However the president is convinced they do. Which may be more disconcerting considering their issuance would indicate evidence of criminal activity on the part of the Trump organization.
    Which is it?

  4. To do ANYthing that he can do to prevent Trump from tearing down his state. DUH!
Hey, switch out Trump WITH Rosen then answer your own question. That happened.
Bet you would defend LBJ bugging of Goldwater’s airplane.

  5. Did you learn ANYthing from the last 8 years? So, there is a full denial now from the ‘people that know’ that there was EVER a FISA. They’re calling Trump a liar. That’s wonderful news for Trump because they effectively admitted that there was NO wrongdoing since there was NO FISA. Hahaha. Trump’s that good. But, BUT that means that they illegally wiretapped. Whoops

  6. you cray cray…. their was a FISA… remember? on Michael Flynn…. you forgot already.? They made him resign… tsk tsk tsk your memory sure is short and selective
psssst. The moment Trump tweeted about the investigation against him it became declassified. bwahahahaha
    Trump is a moron.

  7. Heh. Yeah, we’ll see evidence… just like with Trump’s crazy birtherism blather. It’s hilarious how people are twisting themselves into knots to defend Trump’s lies.
I expected Trump to be out of office within two years, but he’s moving too quickly to self destruct. I don’t want a “President Pence.” Trump will bumble through four years but be held back from the worst damage to our nation by tripping over his own tongue and by honest and patriotic Republican legislators such as John McCain.

  8. “Crazy bertherism blather,” eh?
It took forty years for the truth the press suppressed on John F. Kennedy’s serial womanizing to see sunlight, but it eventually did.
And the truth about Obama’s hidden life will be outed, too, even though WE may not live long enough to see it.

  9. Do you think the Intelligence Committee is the ONLY organization capable of wire-tapping?
Obama supporters and Democrats in general certainly have the money, the motive and the people to do it.
Trump is not naive. He didn’t make it big in the business world without insider intelligence. And, he is not the dolt that typifies most Republicans in Washington D.C.
I’ll bet he has had evidence of being wire-tapped for months, but has shelved it in case it was needed later.
    “Later” is probably “NOW.”

  10. Trump reads Briebart only .. Briebart sourced this from unsubstantiated made up conspiracy by Alex Jones on the radio. Trump tweeted what he saw from the Briebart article.
    spin cycle started.
You know as President he can simply ask and they are obligated to answer him. But he only likes his KGB sources and spits on American intelligence every single day with his paranoia … hence why he himself doesn’t clear this up. hence the leaks.
Trump is bringing himself down with his own over inflated sense of know everything without any real facts or actually speaking to the agencies as President. He’s incompetent and using this to distract from the investigation.

  11. Information published in the New York Times regarding General Flynn and other members of Trump’s campaign staff and Russians could only have come from transcripts of wiretaps, or government insiders familiar with those wiretaps.
The NSA can and does monitor phone calls between foreign “agents” and American citizens. This is despite Eric Clappers qualified denials, as witnessed by his perjury before Congress in this matter. They do this routinely, without warrants. By law, the American side of the conversation must be redacted before distribution. However Obama changed the rules and now these transcripts are distributed to 16 other agencies without redaction
It takes considerable effort to secure a FISA warrant to monitor American citizens. This is probably why the first FISA request was denied. However a much lower standard is required to monitor foreign nationals calling the U.S. Suppose, for sake of argument, the revised FISA request, which was approved, specified monitoring Russian calls to the Trump Tower server. Who would be answering those calls?
If evidence of collusion between Russia and Trump’s staff were gathered, we would see indictments and/or flaming leaks. To data, nothing this salacious. Democrats are suggesting collusion by innuendo and false logic.
Trump is privy to the raw data if he wishes to see it. It is reasonable to assume he has the proof he needs to attribute the wire taps, legal (FISA) or otherwise. It is a principle of law that you only ask questions to which you know the answer. Why then call for a Congressional investigation? To keep the issue in the news while Congressmen from both parties posture for TV cameras, months on end, without ever reaching a conclusion. The Press is being played like an 8 pound trout on a 3 pound line. Meanwhile Obama is running silent and deep while Trump tosses those Obama landmines overboard.

  12. On his radio program, he simply cited several media pieces, including the NYT piece on 1/19/2017 about Trump Tower being “wired tapped”. He didn’t do any investigative reporting, he just cited the existing media reports. The same reports the media is now denying.

  13. Heh. I’d say so. If he indeed has proof, let’s see some of it, NOW.
Anyone can say anything. You, Observer, are stalking me. That’s what I said, so it must be true. No proof needed. You are a stalker.
See how easy that is? Do you want to go through life assuming everything the President of the USA states is a lie unless proven not to be? Guilty until proven innocent?

  14. My guess is it’s OFA. I’ve noticed a lot of focused trolling in the last few weeks. They think THIS is how they’re going to reclaim absolute power. That’s all that they think about, not Liberty.

  15. Isn’t that what you Progressives usually do?
“Every REPUBLICAN is ‘guilty’ until proven innocent.”
“It’s not guilt or innocence that matters, it’s the SERIOUSNESS of the CHARGE.”
Guilt by innuendo: a Democrat/Progressive specialty.

  16. TRUMP
    1. He called Hillary Clinton a crook.
    You bought it.
Then he paid $25 million to settle a fraud lawsuit.
    2. He said he’d release his tax returns, eventually.
    You bought it.
He hasn’t, and says he never will.
    3. He said he’d divest himself from his financial empire, to avoid any conflicts of interest.
    You bought it.
He is still heavily involved in his businesses, manipulates the stock market on a daily basis, and has more conflicts of interest than can even be counted.
    4. He said Clinton was in the pockets of Goldman Sachs, and would do whatever they said.
    You bought it.
He then proceeded to put half a dozen Goldman Sachs executives in positions of power in his administration.
    5. He said he’d surround himself with all the best and smartest people.
    You bought it.
He nominated theocratic loon Mike Pence for Vice President. A white supremacist named Steve Bannon is his most trusted confidant. Dr. Ben Carson, the world’s greatest idiot savant brain surgeon, is in charge of HUD. Russian quisling Rex Tillerson is Secretary of State.
    6. He said he’d be his own man, beholden to no one.
    You bought it.
He then appointed Betsy DeVos as Secretary of Education, whose only “qualifications” were the massive amounts of cash she donated to his campaign.
    7. He said he would “drain the swamp” of Washington insiders.
    You bought it.
He then admitted that was just a corny slogan he said to fire up the rubes during the rallies, and that he didn’t mean it.
    8. He said he knew more about strategy and terrorism than the Generals did.
    You bought it.
He promptly gave the green light to a disastrous raid in Yemen- even though all his Generals said it would be a terrible idea. This raid resulted in the deaths of a Navy SEAL, an 8-year old American girl, and numerous civilians. The actual target of the raid escaped, and no useful intel was gained.
    9. He said Hillary Clinton couldn’t be counted on in times of crisis.
    You bought it.
He didn’t even bother overseeing that raid in Yemen; and instead spent the time hate-tweeting the New York Times, and sleeping.
    10. He called CNN, the Washington Post and the New York Times “fake news” and said they were his enemy.
    You bought it.
He now gets all his information from Breitbart, Gateway Pundit, and InfoWars.
    11. He called Barack Obama “the vacationer-in-Chief” and accused him of playing more rounds of golf than Tiger Woods. He promised to never be the kind of president who took cushy vacations on the taxpayer’s dime, not when there was so much important work to be done.
    You bought it.
He took his first vacation after 11 days in office. On the taxpayer’s dime. And went golfing.
And that’s just the first month.
