CHICAGO – Thursday evening on Fox News, Patti Blagojevich appealed to President Trump for her husband Rod, the former governor of Illinois, to have his 14-year sentence commuted after the president let it be known he was considering the action. The former First Lady of Illinois pointed accusations towards "these same people that twisted the facts" to put her husband in jail as the same ones that are causing headaches for President Trump: Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, former FBI chief James Comey and former U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.

  1. Rod could of served 30 years in prison for the 15 crimes he committed and his 15 convictions. President Trumps should give this potential pardon to the Justice Department which will rightfully deny Blagojevich a pardon.

  2. It’ll sink JB. Hook, line and sinker. That’s why it’s Democrats, irony or ironies, that are disheveled and freaking out and whining about the sentence of a Democrat being commuted. He’s no longer useful to them and actually damaging. They know it’ll cause a whole heap of problems for JB.

  3. Rod lead the Highland Park 4th of July parade. He should be freed so he can be with me in the 4th of July parade. We will be just behind the League of Women Voters
