A former banking lobbyist has left the Hill and rejoined the lobbying world.
Bill Hulse, most recently Rep. Randy Hultgren's financial policy adviser, is now a director at the Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness, a part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Hulse worked as a lobbyist at the Consumer Bankers Association before joining Hultgren's office in 2015. Hultgren is vice chair of the Financial Services' Capital Markets, Securities and Investment Subcommittee.
The CCMC spent about $450,000 on lobbying last year as a part of the Chamber's $82.2 million in federal advocacy expenses.

Should be a law against any ex Congressman lobbying for anybody in any way until at least 10 years after they have left office.
He left before too many taxpayers start asking about the
21 TRILLION $ missing from Pentagon funds.
