SAN FRANCISCO – Planned Parenthood not only wants undercover investigator David Daleiden to be bankrupt, they want him to be banned for the rest of his natural life from ever shooting undercover investigative videos on the topic of Planned Parenthood.

Peter Breen, who along with Thomas Brechja, serves as Daleiden's lead defense attorneys from Chicago-based Thomas More Society, explains in a six-minute long video what happened Thursday in a San Francisco court – before a federal judge that records show has contributed to Planned Parenthood.

The petition Thomas More Society filed to have Judge Orrick pulled from the case was denied by the federal appellate court because the justices believed the case did not warrant their intervention, according to the April 30, 2018 docket filing.

“The court’s refusal to intervene is somewhat baffling,” explained Breen, citing Judge Orrick’s “ongoing and longstanding professional relationship” with Planned Parenthood partner and affiliate, Good Samaritan Family Resource Center, for which Judge Orrick served as secretary and counsel.

This same judge continues to rule against Daleiden and rack up higher and higher legal fees – a legal dilemma that will serve as a lesson to any future journalists desiring to do exposes' on the abortion industry.
