Democrats don’t want to lower costs, they want to raise your taxes.
Just listen to Chuck Schumer, who embarrassingly insisted, “if you want to get rid of inflation, the only way to do it is undo the Trump tax cuts.”\
What? Either his memory is faulty or his capacity for logic is broken. The Trump tax cuts took effect on January 1, 2018 and contributed to wages increasing at the fastest pace in a decade. Inflation spiraled out of control AFTER Biden wasted $1.9 trillion years later. Now, real wages are DOWN 2.7% from a year ago.
Even liberal economists like former Obama advisor Steven Rattner blame Biden from inflation: “The $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan passed in the early days of the Biden administration will go down in history as an extraordinary policy mistake.”
In typical Democrat fashion, the only solution they have is to waste more of our money and raise our taxes. It’s clear – if you want higher taxes and higher prices, vote for Democrats, but if you want lower costs and lower taxes, vote for Republicans.
