Sadly, multiple polls have shown that American’s trust in our federal government is at an all-time low. But when you review the facts, it shouldn’t come as a surprise.
In 1958, polls indicated that 75 percent of Americans trusted the federal government.
But a 2022 Gallop poll reported that only 20 percent of Americans trust the federal government (29 percent Democrats; 9 percent Republicans).
So what caused this incredible decline in trust in our federal government?
Actually, for anybody that does their civic duty and keeps up with the news, this should not be a surprise. Never in my lifetime have I seen so much dishonesty in our federal government — and supported by their propaganda machine called “Fake News.”
Allow me to do a quick review of just a few of the incredible lies the Democrats and “Fake News” bombarded us over the last few years.
Big Lie #1: Republican Donald Trump colluded with Russia to defeat Democrat Hillary Clinton. We were bombarded with this lie for at least 3 years by Hillary and the “Fake News.”
Finally, the truth started coming out. First, the Mueller Report admitted that they found zero collusion with Russia after spending $32 million to investigate these terrible claims.
Then the IG report came to the conclusion that 2 of the 4 FISA warrants used to spy on Trump were fraudulent. Then the FISA court itself came out and admitted that all 4 FISA warrants used to spy on the Trump team were false and illegal — and a FBI agent admitted that he illegally and fraudulently filed one of those FISA warrants.
Even worse, we now know that the “Russian Dossier” which was used to file those FISA warrants were not only fraudulent and illegal, it was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee!
The FBI knew this but still used it to file those fraudulent FISA warrants.
Big Lie #2: The “Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell” which proved that Hunter and his dad, “The Big Guy,” made millions of dollars from China and Russia — and was labeled “Russian Disinformation” by the Democrats and the “Fake News” designed to hurt Joe Biden in the 2020 elections.
It took two years, but we finally know the truth — and the FBI finally confirmed that the Hunter Biden laptop was in fact real, and proved that the Biden family made millions of dollars from countries like China and Russia.
As a result of these revelations, 20 percent of Democrats that voted for Biden said they would not have voted for him had they known this information beforehand.
In other words, had the truth been exposed, Donald Trump would be our president today.
Big Lie #3: Everything the federal government told us about COVID was a lie — and those lies caused massive and life-long damage to 76 million children and led to a near economic collapse.
Government officials told us COVID would kill our children that and we had to close our schools.
That was a lie — and while just 2,000 children died with COVID according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), not one healthy child in the US died from COVID, per John Hopkins research.
Sweden did not close its schools and not one Swedish kid died with, or from COVID.
Tragically, because of those lies, our children’s educations and mental health has crashed.
The CDC also told us that the COVID vaccine would protect us from COVID — which we now know was a lie.
And they attacked the Great Barrington Declaration signed by 14,000 medical scientists and 40,000 practicing doctors, which told us the truth about COVID — that people over 65, and those with pre-existing conditions needed to isolate themselves — and young, healthy people could live normal lives.
Sadly, the federal government hid this information and attacked people for talking about it — even silencing their voices.
Why? So the teachers unions and “Big Pharma” investors could profit from COVID.
Big Lie #4: The Biden family did not illegally profit from our enemies — but the truth is that Hunter Biden and the Biden family made tens of millions of dollars from our enemies like China and Russia — without our knowledge.
We now have proof through documents and financial records that the Biden’s made between $10 million to $30 million from our enemies.
Any rational person would call that treason — and the good news is that massive amounts of proof is being revealed every day.
The bottom line is that the socialist Democrats, who run our federal government with the help of “Fake News,” have lied to us every day — causing massive damage to our country.
The good news is that the truth is now coming out. And the fact that trust in the federal government is at all-time lows should not be surprising.
The real test of the American people will be this next election — and if Republicans take back control of our government.
Our destiny is in our own hands.
